We can usually obtain parts/accessories not in stock within 1-2 days (special order parts may take 2 weeks). We will gladly install any parts you have bought elsewhere.

Pick Up and Delivery Service

Travel Charge for repairs done outside of Preset Service Area: $2 per mile.

Distance calculated by odometer reading of Service Technician's truck. Distances less than one mile will be charged for a full mile. Any distance between mile marks (i.e. 2.3 miles) will be rounded up to the next full mile. Charge applies to the number of miles one way outside of the preset service area. (i.e. you don't get charged for the tech driving both ways to and from you, only to you)

    North end: Pinnacle Peak Rd.
    East end: 56th Street
    South end: Cactus Rd. (Thunderbird West of Cave Creek)
    West end: Central Ave.   

Minimum Service Charge:

$25 Min. Service Charge within Service Area:

$25 Min. Service Charge Plus Travel Charge outside Service Area

This charge includes the first $25 worth of work done and only adds to the total bill if the total service provided is less than $25. 

Service Terms and Conditions:

All prices are subject to change without notice. A Show-UP fee of $25 is charged if for any reason, which is out of the control of GTY, we show up and are unable to work on the bike. If you are not going to be home at the time of service, please make arrangements for us to be able to get to the bike in your absence. Pay with PayPal in advance if not present at time of repair. 

We do not take chances with unrestrained dogs or any other potential hazards that may be present on your property. Please make sure the bike(s) is in a safe and accessible area of your property. Gears To You, its employees, contracted labor or any affiliates is not responsible for any damage done to property due to negligence of home/bike owner.
