We repair all bicycles  in accordance with sound bicycle repair practices approved by bicycle and parts manufacturers. Bicycling is an inherently dangerous activity and you ride at your own risk. Gears To You LLC, its employees, contracted laborers or other affiliates are not accountable for injury due to negligent bicycling practices engaged in by its clients including but not limited to: riding with out a helmet and other protective gear, riding after dark without proper lighting and reflective surfaces, riding for extended periods of time without water and/or other nutritional supplements, weaving in and out of traffic, any alteration made to the bike not by Gears To You LLC, or any other unwise or harmful practice related to the bike and bicycling.

Any and all alterations made to the bicycle in the process of Gears To You's servicing of the bike are guaranteed by Gears To You LLC for a period of seven days after the date of the service. Many bicycle parts that we use in servicing bicycles carry their own guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer and Gears To You LLC will honor those warranties or guarantees.
